I had a little chat with Rachel, When she was living in France and picked up trade tips! And decided to open her own business!

I love the tier macaroon tower! Great idea instead of a standard cake!

Mademoiselle macaroon have a huge range of flavoured macaroons! Even savoury which I regret not trying!
