So Rukia went with the peacock theme for her mehndi. She divided the colours up and gave the Malik sisters Purple.

Hassy being forever last minute couldn’t find anything purple so she spotted this pink/purple outfit which I also liked and big sister Shamy bought for me THANKS TWINNIE! (even though I have two new purple dresses in my wardrobe) tehehe. The outfits turned out to be a bright pink but as we were both wearing the same it went with the theme.

I love the outfits we wore! These dresses are everywhere! But look so different on everyone! It’s from the Priyanka copra dress range.

It’s got a very old 50s Bollywood theme to it. Being the biggest vintage fan I loved the detailing! And the bridal buttons!

To go with the 50s look I wanted big old Hollywood curles which were done by my treseme heated rollers. My makeup was by my favourite Scottish makeup artist Afsheen Ali!  Afsheen Ali’s hands are magic! As a makeup lover and ex beauty consultant I never thought I could achieve a makeup transformation but Afsheen worked like a pro! As a busy bridesmaid my makeup did not smudge or I didn’t even need to power my face! I love what she did with my eyes! Really made them pop with the Arabian makeup look! My face makeup was radiant and highlighted! And lips as usual 😉 nude 🙂

But be warned ladies…the dress didn’t have a slit or no zip so had my sister help me into it.
