How user friendly! I booked my appointment all online and even downloaded the app.

It even gives you the selection to choose from what masseuse is available at that time. There are a number of treatments available from the classic, sports, calming, Thai yoga/massage and so many more!

I booked Lindsey W for a deep tissue service. I have been getting a lot of upper back pain, I think its to do with my seat at work as its not made for petite people like me :(. I use to hate getting my knots worked on but now I love it! Feels like its worth my time! But cause of my back problems it may take a good few deep massages to get into the muscle 😦 Which is where Urban massage comes in 😉

It was pretty good as Lindsey used her elbows to allow pressure.

Maybe I’m being a princess but I would have liked if urban Massage provided the candles, towels and relaxing music. I put my own candle and waterfall music on. Developing areas would be there was no scent to the oil which would have been nicer.
