I’ve been such a busy bee 🙂 I’m on to my next Live project- Edinburgh Metropolitan Fashion Show 2014- Designers Talent.

In early November 2013 I was part of Edinburgh Charity Week. Charity Week is a non profit organisation lead by volunteers. This is an annual cause which focuses on one week of full fundraising. Charity Week was founded in 2003 and has around 100 institutions within the United Kingdom.

Edinburgh’s Charity Week participated in a number of events, I was involved with the Ladies Night on the 1st of November 2013 – St Thomas Of Aquins High school, Edinburgh.

The £4 entry Ladies night was a entertainment packed evening; Hosted by the beautiful talented Miss India Scotland 2012 Rameet Kaur. The event was coordinated by Affroza Haider and Saleema Ali. The evening included a Fashion show designs from SKM Couture, Crystal Fabrics and Sehrina Couture. We had 15 stalls that varied from; Indian Bangladeshi cuisine Mumbai Mansion, Cupcakes and deserts from Exquisitely Beauty’ful, Eastern clothing stalls from: Prestige Jewellery, Sehrina Couture, Zeenat Style Edinburgh, SKM Couture, Majestic By Eliza and Crystal Fabrics.
The event was designed by J’Adore Functions. The display went perfectly with the theme of the event. The colours on the stage brightened the venue space which complimented the models and the clothing designs.

During the Evening we had thorough communication with the audience on the aims and objectives of Charity Week. There was a poem recited by Leyla Ali, and a group of young individuals chanted their beliefs (Called Nasheeds).
